What is included
We take over the parts you point at: role profiles, advertising, search, screening, interview scheduling, or the whole flow. The work happens in your ATS, under your employer brand, with weekly reporting on candidate numbers, conversion and bottlenecks.
What you keep afterwards
A written routine: role profile templates, interview guides, a map of your candidate market and a list of what slowed the process down. The point is that you handle the next peak yourselves. The service is sometimes called embedded recruiter, interim TA or RPO on a smaller scale.
