Pricing
A fixed fee. No percentage of salary.
OGR charges a fixed fee per assignment, set by the complexity of the role. You know what the recruitment costs before it starts, and the cost does not move because the candidate's salary does.

Frequently asked questions about price
The fee is set per assignment, based on the complexity of the role, the size of the target market and how confidential the process needs to be — not on the candidate's salary. You get a fixed figure in the proposal before the assignment starts.
A percentage fee makes it more expensive for you to hire the right person and gives us a reason to push the salary up. A fixed fee removes that conflict.
Search and recruitment assignments are retained and invoiced in three parts: at kick-off, on delivery of the shortlist and on signature. TA support is invoiced at an hourly rate.
If the person leaves within 90 days of their start date, we redo the search with no new base fee. Exceptions: reorganisation, bankruptcy, or if the content of the role changes substantially after the start date.
